Regulation

Students who enroll at Academia Taure acknowledge and accept that, by paying tuition and fees, they must comply with the provisions of these General Conditions, as well as the specific Enrollment Conditions.

FEES:

  • Registration is paid every 12 months.
  • The minimum fee for regular students includes 4 classes per month.
  • Fifth days in some months compensate for long weekends and holidays.
  • Monthly payments are made online, at the School, or by bank transfer during the first 2 weeks of each month, from September to July.
  • If you are unable to attend for a month, a €50 maintenance fee must be paid to reserve your place.
  • This fee includes two make-up classes for traditional courses and one digital class.
  • If you are not able to attend in July, the maintenance fee of €50 must be paid to be able to access pre-registrations for the following month. course.
  • The quarterly fees paid to benefit from a discount are closed contractual modalities and non-refundable.
  • We offer discounts to family members and students enrolled in multiple courses.

HOW TO CHANGE CLASS ON OUR WEBSITE:

  1. Go to our website and access Your Student Account
  2. Enter your email and password.
  3. Select class change.
  4. Select your registration, schedule, and date to cancel.
  5. Select the available day and time. Validate the change.
  6. Once the change is validated, you can modify your change in Change History.
  7. Validate your change, and that’s it! Change made successfully! 🙂

    Remember that:

    • Cancel and reschedule your classes with a minimum of 2 hours notice.
    • Reschedule as many times as you want.
    • Your collaboration in changing classes means that other students can take advantage of this unique benefit in our academy.
    • Canceling is recovering.
    • TAURE we do it together.
  • Missed classes cannot be changed due to a fee reduction, and missed classes cannot be made up after a withdrawal.
  • Punctuality is essential both at the time of entry and exit in order to offer you quality service.
  • Tardiness is not a reason for delaying the next class.


CANCELLATIONS:

  • In case of temporary withdrawal (maximum one month) and in order to keep the place, you will have to give notice at least 15 days in advance and pay the maintenance fee of €50 (includes two recovery classes for traditional courses and one digital class).
  • Starting on the 15th of each month, the School may withdraw students if they have not notified the reason for the late payment of their fee or for unjustified/notified absence.
  • The withdrawn student will have a period of 4 weeks to collect their materials. After this deadline, said materials will be at the disposal of the center.


MATERIALS:

  • Students must bring their own materials.
  • The school is not responsible for the personal belongings of students students.
  • You can count on a face-to-face material sales service.


STORAGE:

  • The storage room is a key element in the school’s organization and must be used with awareness and responsibility.
  • Under no circumstances will the school be responsible for the materials or the students’ work.
  • Folders are kept in their appropriate section (Teacher/schedule).
  • Work must be properly collected in the folder of the class leader, or in your own folder, or in the spaces provided for this purpose.

FACILITIES:

Digital Classroom:

Privacy is of the utmost importance! Close ALL your open sessions (email, FB, Pinterest, etc.), before leaving your workstation.

  • In the event of any incident related to your personal data, the school will decline all responsibility if the previous notice has not been followed.
  • We ask for the utmost rigor in terms of organization and filing of work.
  • Under no circumstances will the school be responsible for the materials or the work of the students, which must be safeguarded on personal external devices (USB) or in the cloud.
    Traditional classrooms:
  • Each student agrees to make proper use of the facilities, and also, at the end of the class, to leave their workstation clean and tidy.
  • Your own materials must be properly stored in named boxes and in the places provided for that purpose.


CHANGES ADMINISTRATIVE:

  • The student must communicate any changes to the information provided in their registration application or update them through their user account on our website.
  • Any request for an administrative change must be communicated at least fifteen days before the current payment date.


NOTE:

  • The management may suspend, temporarily or permanently, the right of access to the Academy in cases of non-compliance with the provisions of these General Conditions, as well as the specific Registration and Privacy Conditions, or any internal or general regulations that may be applicable.
  • The management reserves the right to modify or cancel these regulations at any time and without prior notice.
